Benefits

Workers' Compensation Benefits fall into four main categories:  Medical Benefits, Disability Benefits, Death Benefits, and Vocational Rehab.  The idea of each of the four is to compensate an injured worker.  The benefits do so at various stages of the case and for varying purposes.  Each is defined independently.

Bonuses

An amount of money received from an employer that is in addition to regular wages. Bonuses are considered when calculating an employee's average weekly wage.

Break
Injuries that happen during break can be compensable, meaning you can get workers' comp benefits.  However, many exceptions exist:  the going and coming rule, the length of the break, the timing of the break (did the employer tell you exactly when your lunch break was going to be?), and other specifics related to the lunch or break.
